Day 1: Transfer from Arusha to Serengeti National Park & Afternoon Game Drive

Your safari begins with a warm pickup from your hotel in Arusha. After meeting your driver-guide, you will embark on a scenic drive toward the world-famous Serengeti National Park, a journey of approximately four hours. The changing landscapes from bustling towns to open plains offer a beautiful introduction to Tanzania’s natural beauty.

Upon arrival, you check into your lodge, enjoy a freshly prepared lunch, and prepare for your first wildlife experience. In the afternoon, you head out for a rewarding game drive through Serengeti’s golden plains. Upon arrival in Arusha, you board your scheduled flight to Entebbe International Airport in Uganda. A Ugandan representative will welcome you upon arrival and transfer you to your hotel for a relaxing evening.

Day 5: Gorilla Trekking in Bwindi – The Highlight of Your Safari

Today is the most anticipated day of your entire journey, mountain gorilla trekking. After an early breakfast, head to the park headquarters for a briefing on trekking guidelines. You will be assigned a gorilla family and escorted by trained guides and trackers into the heart of Bwindi’s dense forest.

The trek can last 2–6 hours, depending on the gorillas’ location, but the reward is extraordinary.
