Each of these Bandas has an en-suite bathroom featuring solar-powered showers, double vanities and flush toilets

It is only available at Bwindi Lodge’s Award-wining Bwindi Bar where you will not only savour on mouth-watering Gorillini cocktail, premium wine, whiskey or juice after a hectic and tiring gorilla trekking experience but also endless views. This outstanding bar was established by the Volcanoes Safaris Partnership Trust as a way of offering training to the passionate but deprived young people in the Tourism and Hospitality sector.

Complimentary Wi-Fi is provided at the main Lodge building in addition to personal butler service offered to all visitors of this accommodation facility. The Humula Forest Spa offers soul-soothing massage to relax, refresh and renew your body, mind and soul after a successful day of adventures in Bwindi Impenetrable National Park. Activities enjoyed by visitors of Bwindi Lodge

Visitors of Bwindi Lodge can sign-up for mountain gorilla trekking adventures, Golden monkey tracking, Dian Fossey Tomb hike and bird watching within the dense forest of Volcanoes National Park in addition to visiting the Bwindi Bar opened in August 2015 by the Volcanoes Safaris Partnership Trust and found at the edge of Bwindi Impenetrable Forest.

Travellers also enjoy tours of tea plantations and the processing plant at the edge of the ancient Impenetrable Forest, community birding tours with hope of encountering birds species that are endemic to the Albertine Rift Valley and so much more.

Staying at Bwindi Lodge also means you can visit the Bwindi Community Hospital to learn about the day-to-day challenges as well as successes of this community-based Health center and committed staff.

Guided forest walks/hikes are undertaken to the breathtaking nearby waterfalls with lots of primates and birds encountered along the way.

Cultural walks are done to the nearby Batwa village to learn about their ancient ways of life before they were evicted from the forest that they called home.
